The Manager, Subsidiary Finance and GTM leads the development of GMS regional portfolio performance views, scenario analysis,

prioritization, and recommendations for all ETS products and services offered around the world. The role also works closely with the

Executive Director, GMS Subsidiaries to support regional financial teams with budgeting, strategy, volume and financial reporting,

improving processes with corporate, and other ad-hoc requests.

Regional Portfolio Analysis

  • Based on direction from the MD, Finance and Operations for GMS and Executive Director, GMS, develops detailed dashboardsand analytic capabilities to assess the performance of each region and conduct comparative regional analyses to assessperformance—including financial/ operational reporting, forecast/ budget, tax, operational, and investment.

  • Works with SBU leadership and Regional Leads to facilitate evaluation of all products in terms of strategic fit, market attractiveness,financial value, and risk profile; ensure high confidence in the data quality.

  • Works with finance to obtain any supplementary data required to support analysis of products and for creating firm regional performanceanalyses and recommendations for allocation of investment dollars across the regional portfolio.

  • Supports GMS Subsidiary Finance and GTM team in ensuring recommendations are data-backed and objective.

  • As required, support in the establishment or management of local subsidiaries with HR, tax, legal and other functional areas.

Regional Data Management

  • Based on direction from the GMS SBU leadership and the Executive Director, GMS Subsidiary Finance and GTM, works with Finance, Operationsand Subsidiaries to build detailed subsidiary views that allows leadership to evaluate the relative performance and profitability for each region,works to identify and solve issues related to subsidiary performance, and coordinate between subsidiaries and corporate

  • Oversees the development and tracking of subsidiary budgets and work orders that fund regional resource allocation and investments.

  • Builds a comprehensive executive dashboard that supports a sustained governance process that evaluates regional performance monthly,including scheduling and preparing for monthly update calls.

  • Presents regional results to GMS leadership.

  • Develops incremental measurement tools to evaluate the comparative performance of each region.

  • Adheres to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function

  • Possess solid management skills (e.g., ability to manage deadlines, prioritize assignment of tasks, identify issues and mitigate / manage risks)

  • Ability to create data models and perform data analysis.

  • Strong grasp of finance

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Expertise in MS Office

  • Ability to influence leadership decisions and excellent interpersonal.

  • Ability to keep track of current market conditions and changes.

  • Exhibits strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.

  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in related fields such as: Business Administration, Finance, Product Management or other areascombined with relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years of combined experience in a combination of finance, product management, business management, or consulting

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior management
