Legends Club Grill, LLC Full Time Server/Waitstaff in Prior lake, Minnesota

Legends Club in Prior Lake, MN, seeks 2 Servers/Waitstaffs for temporary, full-time employment (06/23/2024 to 12/22/2024). Duties: Providing a world-class experience through excellent customer service & attention to detail. Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guest and employees. Helping the guest select menu items by thoroughly going over the Legends Club Grill Menus; recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chef s features, and identifying wines in accordance with Legend s food and beverage training. Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions. Maintaining overall cleanliness of workstation, tables, and dining area around guests and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties. May perform other job duties pursuant to 35-3031.00, Waiters and Waitresses. Schedule: 35hours/week. 7-hours shifts between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm, 5 days per week, Sunday-Saturday. May work weekends and holidays, as needed. The schedule (including workdays) may vary. May work more than the guaranteed hours. May work overtime. At least 12 months experience in a restaurant serving or bartender position. Must have a vast knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, food & proper service. No formal education, training or experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. Wage: $13.5 to $15/hr plus tips/service charge. Based on experience. Overtime wage rate paid from $20.25 to $22.50/hr. All deductions from paychecks required by law will be made. Single work week used in computing wages due. Wages paid bi-weekly. Employer assurances pursuant to 20 CFR 655.20. Travel is not required. Housing is not provided. Daily transportation to and from the worksite is not provided. Workers will be provided with transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation & subsistence (T&S) from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract/where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide/pay worker's reasonable costs of return T&S back home/to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer. The transportation payment/reimbursement amount will equal the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be at least $15.88/day during travel to a maximum of $59/day with receipts. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period and is dismissed early by the employer. Employer will arrange workers T&S directly in advance at min., the most economical & reasonable common carrier cost of T&S to worker before the start date of employment. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
