In this position...

Develop and implement strategies to increase EV adoption through comprehensive marketing and educational initiatives, driving consumer awareness and engagement.

The Electric Vehicle Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the adoption of electric vehicles through innovative marketing and educational initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive electric vehicle adoption, focusing on consumer education and marketing initiatives.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of electric vehicles to various consumer segments.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including digital media, social media, webinars, workshops, and other educational materials.

  • Partner with community organizations, educational institutions, and industry associations to promote electric vehicle awareness and adoption.

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer attitudes, barriers to adoption, and opportunities for targeted education and outreach.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and non-profits, to support EV adoption initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and educational programs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to inform and adapt EV adoption strategies.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in strategy or successfully launching and scaling innovative projects or businesses, preferably in the automotive or technology sectors.

  • Willingness to travel domestically 1-2 times a month required.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build consensus and mobilize teams towards shared goals.

  • Analytical prowess with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Basic understanding of electric vehicle technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
