Amergis CNA- Psychiatric-Pueblo, CO ( State Contract) in Pueblo, Colorado

start date 5/5 or 5/19- 48 hours Guaranteed weekly- PAY WEEKLYY, PLUS BENEFITS, 1760.00 WEEKLY

Submission to Start Process:

  • Screening Interview with Denver Office for CNAs - this will be sent out in a time block by AM when there are enough CNA submissions to call and you will be notified - these are quick 5-10 minute phone screenings

  • hospital will open the submission window about 3-4 weeks before start date

  • submission window stays open for 1-2 days

  • hospital will schedule a virtual interview with the candidate in which the video MUST be on

  • offers will come 3-4 business days after the interview depending on reference response rate

  • after offers are extending caregivers have 24 hours to sign hospital paperwork to accept position

  • candidate will then be moved to OM in RC

  • candidates will also be expected to get fingerprinted through CO state (this process will be emailed to recruiter after candidate acceptance of offer - ie manager receipt of signed docs from caregiver)

  • there will be a mandatory expectation meeting about orientation with the Amergis manager for those who are starting orientation as the hospital has certain expectations

  • All staff must be open to any schedule they are given and not have any scheduling requests/restrictions
