Health Solutions Executive Administrative Assistant in Pueblo, Colorado

We're looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Outpatient Operations for Health Solutions to be located at 41 Montebello Road, Suite 208, Pueblo, CO.

What You'll Be Doing

Executive Administrative Assistants at Health Solutions must have the ability to support and interact with a high-level management team and stakeholders. This position will provide administrative support and perform numerous duties, including scheduling, written correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, data collection and reporting, project management and oversight, as well as managing and coordinating events. Must have above average communication and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to think critically, anticipate the needs of the assigned Vice President, and enjoy working with multiple teams. Exceptional level of reliability and dependability required.

Specifically, the Executive Administrative Assistant, under the supervision of the Vice President of Outpatient Services, will:

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and protected information; Establish a working relationship with internal staff; Receive executives, business associates, employees, and the general public both in person and on the telephone in a professional and courteous mann Prepare, manage, and edit correspondence; Design and maintain files; Manage and maintain documents and reference materials and prepare materials for meetings; Manage and monitor schedules, appointments and travel arrangements; Arrange and coordinate meetings and events; Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings; Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming/outgoing communications; Coordinate and manage major projects based on assignments and see through to completion; Continually assess operating practices and collaborate for improvements where necessary; Manage and reconcile credit card expenditures; Other duties and special projects as requested or assigned. Physical Requirements:

Requires standing, sitting, driving, and walking for prolonged periods of time Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds Requires working under stress in emergency situations Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record data electronically and communicate with clients Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids Requires frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse

Bachelor's degree or higher 2-4 years experience providing administrative support Education/training in organizational management Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency with Office software (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Visio Pro essional, Microsoft Teams) Colorado driver's license, good driving record, and access to reliable transportation during work hours What We'd Like to See in You The Nice-to-Haves

Experience in the medical and/or behavioral healthcare field
