We're seeking a passionate and customer-centric Product Manager to lead the development and ownership of our Value-Added Services (VAS) domain, focusing on initiatives that create differentiation and delight our customers. This role will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our VAS strategy, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through innovative loyalty-as-a-service programs, marketing-as-a-service programs, and other value-added offerings.

Responsibilities:

•Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for the VAS domain, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

•Conduct in-depth market research, customer discovery, and data analysis to identify opportunities for new VAS offerings.

•Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to design, develop, and launch new VAS products and features.

•Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.

•Own the user experience for VAS products, ensuring intuitive and engaging interactions.

•Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of VAS initiatives.

•Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and promotions for VAS offerings.

•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs, marketing automation, and other relevant VAS areas.

Qualifications:

•4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a SaaS or customer-facing environment.

•Experience in the loyalty, marketing, or other value-added services domains is highly preferred.

•Strong understanding of customer needs, segmentation, and engagement strategies.

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

•Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

•Data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of product metrics.

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.

Additional Information:

•This role is hybrid, with the expectation of working in the Pune, India office at least 3 days per week.
