Actalent Architectural Drafter in QUAKERTOWN, Pennsylvania
I'm partnering with a mid-sized architecture and engineering team in Bucks County, PA who's hiring an Architectural Drafter to join their team immediately! This residential architectural firm specializes in working with production home builders. This position is open to help the firm keep up with their clients' design and production needs!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with the Project Manager and Director of Architecture in a mentorship role.
Work directly with an architectural drafting team to produce complete construction documents for production home builders, including floor plans, elevations and details for new construction of single family and multi-family residential projects.
Strong critical thinker, identifies and solves problems in a timely manner, works well with a group for common goal solutions, uses common sense and reasoning.
Naturally self-motivated and self-directed to accurately and thoroughly complete projects.
Open and willing to make adjustments based on the Director of Architecture's feedback.
Balances team and individual responsibilities, gives and welcomes feedback.
QUALIFCATIONS:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or CAD
1-3+ years of experience specifically in supporting Residential projects
Experience taking architectural plans from conceptual design through construction documents.
Strong technical documentation skills
Strong AutoCAD Capabilities
