At P&G, we are looking for a sales representative for the pharmacy channel located in Guayaquil. This person will provide direct attention and build solid and sustainable relationships with important accounts for the pharma distribution business by monitoring and implementing business strategies and plans, as well as ensuring a healthy inventory management and the correct implementation of investment and execution plans of P&G brands.

As a junior sales representative you will

  • Be responsible for meeting sales targets (volume/value) in a sustainable manner.

  • Ensure the correct store strategy (Distribution / Merchandizing / Price)

  • Ensure healthy inventories in clients and adequate distribution according to the potential of each of them, in order to maintain optimal development of the P&G Health brands.

  • Plan and execute JBP's investment to guarantee our presence with POP material, point-of-sale promotions, exhibitions.

  • Manage the inclusion of new products and the maintenance of existing ones in the purchase lists of the main clients

  • Implement individual strategic sell out plans with each marketing clients.

  • Adequately manage the expense budgets

  • Comply with Stewardship and Anti-Bribery compliance policies, as well as our Purpose, Values ​​and Principles (PVP)

    We need someone who has business and functional leadership: internal and external, is prepared to prepare and implement business plans and is able to cosntruct and strengthening of interpersonal relationships

Job Qualifications

We need someone who:

  • University graduate or in the last year of the degree (Health, Marketing, Sales, Administration, Communication) without experience or maximum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer industry.

  • Lives in Guayaquil or Quito

  • Has basic english skills (fluent speaker)

  • Has a valid driver's license (a vehicle will be asigned)

Also, some soft skills required would be:

  • Persuasion and selling skills

  • Communications and active listening

  • Leadership and goals oriented

  • Client oriented and self motivated
