Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Morocco as we expand our presence and impact across North Africa. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a wide range of key accounts across Academia, Industry, Bio Technology, Healthcare, and Diagnostics, representing the comprehensive suite of Thermo Fisher Scientific products. You will be responsible for driving overall account strategy, collaborating with internal and external partners, and delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
Translate deep customer insights into meaningful partnership opportunities that deliver value to both customers and Thermo Fisher Scientific
Develop and implement account strategies to enhance our breadth and depth of capabilities
Negotiate and establish partnerships based on customer insights
Foster strong relationships with strategic partners and serve as the primary interface for governance activities and issue resolution
Conduct periodic reviews with key accounts and cross-divisional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
Communicate account landscape and relationship sensitivities internally to enhance diversity of spend
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering, preferably with an MBA
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling major accounts in Academia, Industry, BioPharma, Healthcare, and Diagnostics
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix organization
Strong motivation to exceed customer expectations in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
