Job Title: Field Service Technician II & III
Job Description
As a Field Service Technician III, you will manage individuals or teams to achieve set objectives efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and performing complex on-site repairs of mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment. Furthermore, you will provide advanced technical engineering instruction and assistance to lower-level field service representatives, ensuring smooth operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer installations. You will also respond to emergency requests and troubleshoot troublesome equipment repairs, in addition to regular installations and services. Your role may require operating from a home office, being stationed directly at a customer's facility, or working in the field to provide constant technical support. A clean driving record is essential.
