Role Summary

Splunk is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (LeanData) to be the go-to person to drive our dedication to operational excellence in all aspects of Lead Distribution across our organization. Your in-depth knowledge of LeanData and systematic approach to reviewing data and processes will enable you to work closely with our Digital Sales teams, Marketing Analtyics teams, and Marketing Operations partners to identify operational challenges and opportunities to build solutions related to routing.

Your solid understanding of LeanData's routing and matching functionality, Salesforce architecture, and Lead Distribution processes will come in handy as you work to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and effectively communicate with business users and leadership.

What you'll get to do

  • Own and optimize our lead routing/matching engine, built on LeanData technology, to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of qualified leads to sales.

  • Provide consultations to business partners on custom routing design, LeanData functionality, and reporting on routing outcomes.

  • Full ownership of translating business needs into technical requirements, building of flows, testing, and launching changes.

  • Provide support on routing related processes including failure monitoring, reporting, documentation, and data clean-ups.

  • End-to-end management of major projects, including event custom routing and sales territory realignment for fiscal year cutover.

Must-have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience administering LeanData, with extensive understanding of architecture and functionalities related to both routing and matching. Certifications preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, preferably in an administrator role.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar operations functions (e.g. Sales Ops, Business Ops).

  • Highly skilled at time-management, is meticulous with details and has high standards for project delivery.

  • Experience managing ticketing systems (Jira, Workfront, etc.) highly desired.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalent years of proven experience.

Note:

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
