Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Rancho Santa Fe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
· Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly account reconciliations.
· Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory reports.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files.
Requirements
· Associate's degree in Accounting or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software (QuickBooks preferred).
· Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
