Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will read and interpret shop drawings and measurements, layout, fit, and weld parts according to drawings and specifications. You will be responsible for back gouging using air carbon arc equipment, pre-heating, and preparing steel to ensure the highest quality standards. The role involves handling materials manually or with the help of various jacks and overhead cranes. You will also set up and operate hand and power tools related to job needs, inspect and correct welds to meet product specifications, and maintain equipment functionality while communicating issues timely.

Work Environment
This is a physically demanding role involving lifting and carrying heavy objects. Some work may occur outdoors in various weather conditions. The position is for the 1st shift, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
