Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to computer system users, resolve their queries, and maintain records of daily data communication transactions. This role involves working with a dedicated team for system integration and requires a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to computer system users, answering their inquiries regarding software or hardware operation to resolve problems
• Install software or perform hardware testing remotely
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
• Work through a ticket queue, resolving issues efficiently
• Provide dedicated support for system integration between systems
• Answer service desk calls and provide immediate support
• Maintain an accurate record of all customer interactions and steps taken to resolve inquiries
• Utilize skills in Active Directory, Google Suite, PC Hardware, Password Reset, and Technical Support to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory is required
• Must have experience with Google Suite
• Knowledge of PC Hardware is necessary
• Ability to conduct Password Reset procedures
