Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in the planning and coordination of sprints and scrums for a large-scale SaaS product and providing support for multiple product lines. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and aligning the team, managing a significant backlog of user stories and defect resolution.
*Hybrid, 2 days onsite
Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate sprints and scrums for a large-scale SaaS product.
• Provide project coordination and support for multiple product lines within a broad product offering.
• Organize and align the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Manage and prioritize a significant backlog of user stories and defects.
• Resolve defects in a timely manner to ensure minimal impact on project timelines.
• Collaborate with various teams to plan out the work and ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Leverage skills in Project Coordination, Sprint Planning, and Project Planning.
• Use knowledge of SaaS products to effectively manage project elements.
• Ensure all project details are accurately recorded and updated as necessary.
• Identify potential project risks and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
• Must possess knowledge and experience in Project Coordination
• Experience in Sprint Planning is essential
• Familiarity with SaaS products is required
• Proficiency in Project Planning is crucial
• Scrum experience
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required
