Experis Game Solutions is seeking an Associate Game Producer an enthusiasm for creating immersive gaming experiences through customer feedback. We're seeking a talented producer with flighting experience to join our dynamic team and take our projects to new heights. Your primary focus will be on managing the flighting process, ensuring smooth testing and deployment of game builds across different phases of development, and curating actionable feedback from user comments and reports.

Title: Associate Producer

Location: Remote (prefer local to Seattle area for occasional meetings)

Pay: $40-$50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the flighting process for game and content builds, including alpha, beta, and release candidate phases.

  2. Collaborate closely with development teams to coordinate flighting schedules, prioritize feedback, and address critical issues.

  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive flighting plans, including allow lists, schedules, and feedback loops.

  4. Craft clear messaging and guides for flighting participants to encourage participation and gather targeted feedback.

  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate user feedback into iterative development cycles.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-6 years experience as a Game Producer or similar project management role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

  2. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate cross-functional teams.

  3. Expertise in flighting processes and methodologies preferred, particularly in the gaming industry.

  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.

  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
