We are looking for an exceptional Principal Business Analytics Manager to collaborate with our End 2 End and engineering team to build solutions that improve our Data Center delivery cycle time. As a Principal Business Analytics Manager, you will partner with various teams to develop business requirements to standardize the business input and develop a long-term vision and partnering cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing data solutions that drive business impact and turning data chaos into scalable, efficient, and automated solutions.

  • Deeply understand the Data Center delivery cycle and underlying information to support leadership and stakeholders and make data-driven decisions and continuous process improvements.

  • Advocate for our members and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.g., Scheduling) and supply planning to improve the business process and data reporting.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of data products and support interactions.

  • Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to build and deliver world-class support and data insights experiences.

  • Compile comprehensive and accurate client-facing reports on a timely basis.

  • Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and provide reporting to ensure smooth execution.

  • Regularly communicate associated outcomes and insights succinctly to various team members at all levels, including senior management, to help guide and influence strategic decisions for improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ year(s) data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)

  • OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)

  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience or equivalent as a data analytics and data science practitioner.

  • Experience in statistics modeling and data visualization .

  • Proficiency with applying quantitative methods to structured & unstructured data for exploratory data analysis, pattern recognition, insights generation, metrics development, and scaling reports.

  • Programming skills in data manipulation & processing (SQL & Python preferred). Collaborate with data analysts, subject matter experts, and decision-makers to develop data-driven insights to improve the overall member experience.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support analysis and decision-making.

  • Experience growing people and teams through modeling, coaching, and demonstrating care.

Data Science IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
