Program Manager IV BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager IV for Onsite. Position Title: Program Manager IV Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite) Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6+ Months. Job Type: Contract Pay Range: TBD Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Client Design Operations is focused on improving Design's operational efficiency through establishing unified tools, frameworks, and processes. We do this in partnership with Designers as well as our XFN partners. Job Responsibilities: * Maintaining and supporting design operations * Coordinate projects, making plans to accomplish goals and deliverables * Manage & support capacity * Craft and share comms; considering the right message tailored to the right audience * Define, maintain and refine rhythms of business * Contribute to sprint strategy, planning and facilitation Top 3 must have skills: * Effective Communication: Facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, adapting style or approach as needed. * Collaboration / Partnering: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. * Embracing Ambiguity: Quickly adjusts to new conditions and helps others do the same, working effectively through ambiguity and adversity Good to have skills: * Improving systems * Prioritizing * Efficiency * Establishes strong working relationships, trust and reliability with stakeholders and cross-functional peers within immediate program areas * Acts as a connector and utilizes relationships to drive impact * Effectively drive progress with little to no oversight from manager. Skills: * Effective Communication: Facilitating effective communication (verbal & written) among team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, adapting style or approach as needed. * Collaboration / Partnering: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. * Embracing Ambiguity: Quickly adjusts to new conditions and helps others do the same, working effectively through ambiguity and adversity * Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Strong knowledge of the product design lifecycle * Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
