Extensive experience with gathering business requirements for training development
Must have demonstrated experience in metrics and creating slides in PowerPoint (strong presentation skills).
Candidates that come from Microsoft environment are ideal
Must have strong experience with Power BI (to create reports and SQL query data)
Demonstrated strong communication skills both verbally and written - cross functional teams.
Job Description
The selected Program Manager will help drive training.
The PM will be responsible for collecting requirements from key partners and working with selected trainers and managers in the development of training material.
The PM will assist in selecting the appropriate identified attendees to participate in the advanced training.
A plan has been established and the PM will need to help drive this to delivery.
The PM will help collect and analyze metrics and feedback to show impact and help create a monthly slide for updates.
The PM will interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
Will be responsible for driving program/project schedules and status reports.
Will be responsible for creating and/or reviewing multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
