Project Manager Non Tech 3 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Non-Tech 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA Position Title: Project Manager Non-Tech 3 Location: Redmond WA, Fully Remote Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $50/hr. - $60/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: * Minimum 4-8 years experience with project management * Minimum 4-8 years experience with Strong analytical skills and prior experience working with large data sets * Minimum 4-8 years experience with Excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors. Job Responsibilities: 1) Experimentation Pipeline Management As the PM for the ROADS team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the experimentation pipeline for the Behavioral Economics Program. This involves translating data-driven ideas from our Data Scientists into actionable steps that shape our monetization strategies. You'll oversee the end-to-end process, from hypothesis testing to execution, ensuring that our experiments contribute to durable profit growth for MS. The experimentation pipeline is inclusive of managing "graduated experiments" that have become permanent implementations within M ecosystem. This means continued testing for a nudge's effectiveness post-implementation, as well as continued iteration on prior nudges that graduated into the MS ecosystem. 2) Stakeholder Network Management Success in this role hinges on your ability to navigate a wide network of stakeholders. You'll collaborate across multiple organizations and disciplines, including Business Planners, Data Scientists, UX Designers, and Engineers. Clear communication, alignment, and fostering collaboration will be critical. Whether it's securing approvals, articulating strategies, or synthesizing insights, your role as a connector will shape our enduring success. The Behavioral Economics Program will count on the PM to coordinate meetings, maintain momentum among stakeholders, and provide support within meetings. 3) Reporting and Project Tracking The Project Tracker is a MS List the AWIM team uses to track projects. AWIM Business Planners and Data Scientists leverage the Project Tracker to track their projects and identify needed signoffs and reviews. The PM will be responsible for helping create and update projects and flag when topics are ready to be scheduled for a review on behalf of Azure Business Planners. They will also partner closely with the AWIM Business Planners to monitor and coordinate topics for regular standing reviews with the AWIM VP. The PM will also be responsible for managing the Behavioral Economics Program's PowerBI dashboard. Technical proficiency in PowerBI is not required as the dashboard can be managed by anybody proficient in MS Office. Guidance will be provided by the ROADS Data Scientist. 4) Support of Major ROADS Team Initiatives The PM may also be asked to provide support for other non-Behavioral Economics ROADS teams initiatives as necessary.
