In this role, you will identify areas of business opportunity , improve the customer buying journey , and scale business growth with both new and existing Win365 customers . As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) , you will partner closely with Product, Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams to create new channel models based on the unique needs of customers as they evaluate their endpoint strategy to embrace Windows 365. You will lead key strategies and investments in outbound marketing as well as planning for future channel investments and programs in partnership with GTM teams. This role is critical to connecting Windows Cloud experiences across Modern Work , Windows, and Azure product teams , as well as helping our customers learn about and adopt Windows 365. This is a high-growth, high-visibility role with significant opportunity for growth and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Windows Cloud engineering and Modern Works GTM team to build, align and grow Windows 365 sales and adoption.

  • Leverage an understanding of the global Windows Cloud business to develop landing and adoption strategies for channel programs that are optimized for all markets (area, subsidiary, country, etc.). 

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of custom deals on new channel models in close partnership with Business Development and Finance. 

  • Actively identify opportunities to cross-collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align efforts and investments such as customer targeting models, digital marketing programs, and performance reporting systems. 

  • Support the Cloud Endpoints field and partner community through leadership on community calls and business reviews. 

  • Create and deliver go-to-market plans for these Windows Cloud innovations, ensuring alignment with internal product roadmaps, solution plays, and partners that will coinvest in and execute against these plans. 

  • Define experimentation opportunities, success metrics, measurement methodology, objectives & key results (OKRs), and investment roadmap for owned workstreams, driving ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience in product or partner marketing, channel marketing, product management, or program management

  • Experience in commercial software or services targeted at the enterprise segment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience with channel marketing

  • Experience with Windows devices

  • Experience working with PC OEMs (original equipment manufacturer), virtualization or mobile solutions

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
