Applied Materials Software Manager in Rehovot, Israel

Our Group:

FIFA group is responsible to develop a software package to automate the process of semiconductors chips manufacturing. The team develops in Java as BE and web technologies such as React for FE while harnessing new SW technologies such as dockers, K8s and much more.

What you'll be doing:

As a Software Manager, you’ll be leading a scrum team consists of SW engineers, Test Automation and QA.

10-30% Hands-on

You’ll be responsible for the team plans, estimations, and execution.

One on one meetings with your team members and professional development of each one of them

What you should have?

  • Passion for leading and working with people

  • At least 5 years of experience in Object Oriented Programing

  • At least 2 years as a Team Leader/ Tech Lead/ Scrum Master - Advantage

  • Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills

  • Strong Leading and Mentoring capabilities

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements

  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science or SW Engineering
