What You’ll Get to Do :

CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting an experienced Program Financial Analyst to join our finance team supporting implementation of complex commercial software Financial Management solutions to the Federal Government. As a member of the team, you will support programs that deliver key financial management and accounting capabilities to over 100,000 federal employees.

The Program Financial Analyst (PFA) is responsible for all program financials. Requirements may include program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multiyear planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Lead a PFA team supporting multiple programs in the FM ERP Solutions Division and take direction from the Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group Finance Director.

  • Coach and review the work of the PFAs reporting to you.

  • Guide your team/work collaboratively with and provide financial support to multiple program managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data.

  • Assist your team/work collaboratively with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontracts, HR, etc.) to support multiple program managers with other complex contract, project or business related tasks.

  • Ensure you and your team review contract awards and modifications to assure that accounting, billing, finance and funding are aligned properly in the relevant systems.

  • Prepare/review project cost/schedule baselines, preparation of monthly management financial reports, assists with preparation of monthly program review and participates in monthly PMR meetings.

  • Working with the division manager and PFA team develop the annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly and annual updates.

  • In preparation for monthly rolling forecast (MRF) reviews with the operating group manager, schedule and lead monthly rolling forecast reviews for the division.

  • Analyze the division portfolios to identify and quantify any potential Risks and Opportunities not in the forecast.

  • Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations.

  • Perform financial analysis in support of ongoing program management.

  • Lead and mentor the PFA team to support internal financial reporting deliverables as directed by the OG Finance Lead, such as monthly variance analysis and forecasting.

  • Supports all customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provides statistical reports with regards to client funding utilization. Ensure the PFA team are meeting these requirements as well.

  • Supports decision making of the division manager and program teams with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation of financial plans and operating forecasts to ensure effective execution of program financials against the bid and cost baselines.

  • Develop accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects. Lead and mentor the PFA team to ensure they are as well.

  • You and your team ensure propriety of employee and subcontractor labor charging.

  • You and your team ensure that clients are billed on time and all charges are accurate and supported.

  • Responsible for all monthly accounts payable status and ensure timely and accurate posting of all month end accruals across the division portfolio.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • A min of 7 years of relevant work experience, 2 of which as a people manager.

  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, Hyperion, SmartView, COGNOS, SharePoint, Microsoft Office

  • Performing program control & financial analysis support

  • Performing variance analysis, cost baseline preparation and reviews, break-even, and other ad hoc analysis

  • Must have intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, cost collection, invoicing, and revenue recognition

  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and Vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
