CACI is hiring an SAP Security Manager to join our team supporting the Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) and technical upgrades for the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) financial and material management systems. Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. Work includes collaborating on systems and solutions supporting large portfolios from business, analysis, technical, systems, data, and enterprise functions.

As the SAP Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our SAP systems and data. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our SAP landscape from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security risks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP security best practices, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • SAP Security Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive SAP security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard critical business information and assets.

  • Access Control: Manage user access and authorizations within the SAP environment, including role-based access controls (RBAC), user provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.

  • Security Administration: Oversee the administration of SAP security functions, including user administration, role maintenance, and security configuration.

  • Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential risks, and recommend mitigation measures.

  • Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents and breaches within the SAP environment, including investigation, containment, and remediation efforts.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to SAP security.

  • Security Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to educate SAP users and stakeholders on security best practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to enhance SAP security capabilities and address emerging threats.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of SAP security configurations, policies, and procedures. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest SAP security trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of SAP security controls and processes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance is required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP security administration, with a deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP applications.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure configuration.

  • Proficiency in SAP security tools and technologies, such as SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), SAP Security Notes, and SAP Solution Manager.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
