Cornerstone onDemand Compensation Analyst in Remote, United Kingdom

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join Cornerstone OnDemand’s Total Rewards team. In this role, reporting to the Manager, Compensation, you will support the development and implementation of our global compensation programs, ensuring they meet employee needs, comply with local legal requirements, and are cost-effective. Additionally, you will contribute to benefits and total rewards initiatives, aiding in the strategy and execution of these programs.

In this role you will...

  • Conduct analyses on internal and external salary data to recommend compensation packages for new hires and existing employees.

  • Lead Cornerstone’s participation in compensation surveys, including Radford and Comptryx.

  • Perform market analysis to assess and update salary ranges.

  • Assist with the administration of the annual compensation cycle and other programs, including merit increases, promotions, bonus payouts, and more.

  • Act as a point of contact for compensation-related inquiries from Talent Acquisition, People Business Advisors, managers, and employees.

  • Execute modeling and cost analysis for rewards programs, using HRIS tools for reporting and analysis.

  • Research and ensure company compliance with local laws governing compensation practices.

  • Collaborate with business partners to drive process improvements and maintain competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation programs.

  • Support benefits and total rewards initiatives.

  • Support with employee data reporting for benefit plan renewals.

  • Uphold data security and privacy practices.

You have what it takes if you have…

  • 2-3 years of experience in a compensation role.

  • Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

  • Professionalism in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and with quality.

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with global and EMEA compensation practices.

  • Exposure to EMEA benefit practices.

  • Familiarity with Radford or Comptryx compensation surveys.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access and/or SQL, or openness to learning.
