ICON Clinical Research Senior Project and Portfolio Manager - Home Based (East Coast) in Remote, United States

As a Sr Project and Portfolio Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

Working directly with client's GD (Global Development) to make sure assigned projects advance according to plan (owning end to end project plan and execution against it, communication within the group, etc.

  • Planning, organizing, & facilitating meetings

  • Tracking KPIs and metrics

  • Training content development based on SME input

  • Working with SMEs to create guidelines and/or Playbooks

What you need to have:

Education:

BS degree or equivalent required, in project management, Health or Science discipline

Competencies:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience

  • Senior Manager level or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills

  • In depth understanding of drug development

  • Independent worker

  • Status reporting

  • Tracking tasks, actions, deliverables

Nice to have experience:

  • Risk Management

  • Governance

  • Business development: licensing, acquisitions, or divestitures

  • PMP

  • Process excellence experience: Six Sigma Green Belt/Yellow Belt

  • Assessing Global Development (GD) readiness for Licensing & Acquisitions

  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status

Pay Range ($ 130,856.00 USD – $ 163,570.00 USD)

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
