Experience is required and must include: Consulting or managing training projects; Overseeing small- and large-scale projects and client relationships in a highly-regulated industry; Working in the energy and utility sector or with enterprise software implementations; Performing needs analysis, design, development, and delivery of online and hardcopy training materials; Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, RoboHelp, Adobe graphics tools, and TechSmith SnagIt. *Position is 100% Remote; requires 50% domestic travel to client sites.
Duties: Writes and edits a variety of materials to support computer-based, expert-led training, and instructor-led training. Organizes complex information while adhering to clients' standards for clarity, conciseness, style, terminology, and order. Performs needs assessments to determine the instructional needs of clients. Captures content to become familiar with clients' technologies, tools, work methods, and standards of operation. May function as a Project Manager, individual contributor, or subject matter expert based on skill set, timing, and client and project needs. Works closely with subject matter experts, consulting team members, and stakeholders to develop learning objectives and design curricula, content, storyboards, assessments, and interactive elements. Consults with multiple stakeholders on best practices and quality control efforts. Provides timely status reports to internal and external stakeholders. Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
