Growing client seeks a Corporate Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs. This role will consist of identifying new opportunities to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of employees, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. This Corporate Trainer will also coordinate training schedules/dates, monitor training needs through survey data, evaluate effectiveness of training solutions, design and develop comprehensive training programs, conduct needs assessments, provide management training, and track outcomes of training programs. The ideal candidate for this role must have strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

· Conduct training sessions

· Ensure programs are interactive and conducive

· Create engaging training materials

· Report on impact of performance

· Provide coaching support

· Revise training plans as needed

· Stay updated with latest industry trends & best practices

Requirements

The ideal Corporate Trainer will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Corporate Trainer role include and are not limited to:

· 5+ years of experience in a training role

· Ability to adapt quickly to charging priorities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High attention to detail and organizational skills
