PUESTO: COMPRADOR DE MATERIA PRIMA

JEFE INMEDIATO: GERENTE DE MATERIALES

DESCRIPCION GENERICA:

Proyectar y planear los niveles óptimos de inventario de componentes asignados para el cumplimiento de la demanda de producto terminado. Apoyar en la planeación de los cambios de Ingeniera y comunicarlos internamente a todos los involucrados, así como darle seguimiento a los mismos de para su implementación.

COMPROMISO DE CALIDAD:

Mantener en orden y archivada toda la información concerniente a requerimientos por clientes y respuestas de los proveedores.

ACTIVIDADES ESPECIFICAS:

  • Determinar los niveles óptimos de Kanban para los componentes de materia prima asignados.

  • Revisar periódicamente los puntos de reorden de la materia prima para irse ajustando a la temporalidad de nuestro producto.

  • Asegurar disponibilidad de materia prima en todo momento.

  • Responsable de los niveles de inventario en la planta, así como responsabilidad compartida para cumplir el objetivo de rotación de inventario.

  • Seguimiento a los cambios de Ingeniería aplicables, participando activamente en las reuniones llevadas a cabo para tal fin.

  • Reducir obsolescencia de materia prima vigilando y realizando los comunicados necesarios para establecer los puntos de transición.

  • Llevar a cabo llamadas periódicas con los proveedores para darle seguimiento a los artículos críticos.

  • Llevar a cabo métricos de entregas a tiempo de la materia prima, niveles de inventario de partes por la que es responsable, etc.

  • Responsable por la limpieza de los errores comparativos entre facturas, recibos y órdenes de compra.

  • Personal de Motores Herméticos del Sur.

  • Celdas de Producción

  • Almacén

CLIENTES EXTERNOS:

Clientes y Proveedores

PERFIL DEL TITULAR DE LA POSICION:

Escolaridad: Carrera Profesional. Certificación APICS como CPIM.

Habilidades: Manejo de paquetes computacionales, trabajo en equipo, habilidad para comunicarse interna como externamente, inglés necesario.

Seguridad: Lentes de Seguridad (dentro del área de producción)

Experiencia: mínimo 2 años.
