nVent Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Reynosa, Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead the full cycle recruitment process including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market
Identify and build pro-active relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent
Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned
YOU HAVE:
Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Verbal and written fluency in English is required
Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results
Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
