At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. A day in the life of an Executive Office Administrator may involve, but not limited to the following: * Provide executive level administrative support to the President, Program Manager, and others on the executive leadership team. Work with minimal supervision and perform a variety of highly confidential duties requiring a significant amount of latitude in independent judgment and exercising of authority of the office. * Manage administration of the President's office by performing and/or delegating tasks to administrative staff as appropriate and necessary. * Coordinate and communicate often on expectations, plans, needs, and requirements. * Maintain executives' calendar; anticipate and schedule meetings that may need to occur (both internally and externally), based on current business activities and priorities. * Schedule and coordinate complex travel arrangements and large event planning. Complete reimbursements on expenses. * Coordinate and implement a variety of events and meetings necessary to company operations, such as the Board of Directors meetings, all leadership events, etc. * Ensure training records and the scheduling of training is adhered to for senior executives in meeting training qualifications and certifications as required by their position. * Chair and organize quarterly executive assistant's admin. forums. * Engage in leadership and mentorship of administrative staff. Share knowledge and resources to achieve excellence, deliver value and grow individually and collectively. Basic Qualifications * Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience. * Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience. The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
