* Job Description*

Solutions In Home Care is seeking a kind, caring and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional one on one care for our client in their home. The ideal candidate for this position must align to our Core Values, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be dependable and be able to work independently. The successful candidate will take on various responsibilities, including performing basic nursing tasks, daily assessments, administering medications, continued patient education and detailed documentation. This is a home environment, so it is important that you are willing to perform light housekeeping duties and meal prep.

We currently have Tue-Thur night shifts 7pm-7am.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients
  • Monitor/administer patient's health and administer medications, treatments and care as prescribed by physician
  • Daily Vital Signs and documentation
  • Complete daily physical exam.
  • Detailed patient education
  • Routinely monitor risk for falls

License/Certification Requirements

  • RN (State of WA in good standing)
  • CPR (instructor led)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

Experience

  • 1-3 RN Experience
  • 1 year in Home Health or an acute care setting (preferred)
