Where the team fits in

The Senior GTM Manager, Developer role sits within the Customer Marketing team, a team focused on driving our customers’ success by delivering exceptional value through tailored marketing, research and events programs. This team forms part of the Customer group, headed up by Kul Singh.

What the role is all about

Reporting into the Head of GTM , the Senior GTM Manager will develop the marketing plan for our Developer market. Executing multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, usage and retention of our products, reach revenue targets and maintain customer sentiment. In this role, you’ll experience interesting, challenging and varied work while helping us solve problems creatively and bring new ideas to life.

While there’s a good chance no two days will be exactly the same, the core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing the product marketing strategy for our Developer market, leveraging new technology, insights from the market, customers and sales and a deep understanding of business objectives

  • Develop the Sales Enablement plans to ensure that our sales team are engaged and understand their priorities

  • Deeply understanding the needs of REA Group customers and competitive offerings, and driving product positioning that supports those needs

  • Being an internal voice and champion of the customer

  • Executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across channels leveraging internal brand and performance teams and hiring external agencies where needed

  • Tracking and maintaining Developer and Media marketing OKRs

  • Understanding all segments in granular detail and connecting with them across our channels

  • Ensuring brand aligned marketing messages, visual creative, marketing claims, etc. are consistent throughout B2B marketing channels

  • Activating new assets in all marketing channels including advertising, CRM, performance marketing (e.g SEM), website and sales collateral/scripts

Who we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of marketing experience and 2+ in B2B

  • A passionate leader, with proven experience building high performing teams and developing others

  • Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented nature. Loves and thrives working with numbers.

  • Scrappy and relentless drive to measure, optimise and improve results

  • Proven experience thriving and succeeding in fast-paced high growth environment across multiple segments

  • A great communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders form all functions, at all levels

  • Strong project management skills, from concept to execution

  • With a sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels, to drive acquisition, engagement and retention
