Job Title: Mechanical Lab Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Mechanical Lab Technician, where you will be actively engaged in running engine tests to evaluate fuel additives in our R&D laboratory. Your responsibilities will include assembling and disassembling engines, conducting tests, recording data on spreadsheets, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will monitor and document all test activities, communicate pertinent information to relevant parties, and maintain test cells and equipment. Additionally, you'll support various mechanical Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and contribute to training and development within the team.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, Virginia.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean, climate-controlled R&D laboratory with test cells. You will be working on a rotating shift pattern, either from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with shifts from 11am to 11pm or 11pm to 11am.
