Adecco US, Inc. Post-Release Case Manager in Richmond, Virginia
We are currently seeking a full time, direct hire Post-Release Case Manager in Richmond, VA. This is for a full time role within a new but proven program, assisting incarcerated individuals navigate through our program. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social service related field (social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, sociology, or similar)
1-3 years of experience implementing case management services and documenting interactions
Driver's license
Ability to pass DOC security clearance
CPR / Adult First Aid certification preferred
Job duties:
Facilitating excellent participant programming: ?
Conducting impactful 1:1 and group sessions, developing a comprehensive understanding of every participant on caseload and ensuring treatment goals are met?
Facilitating group sessions focused on life skills such as money management, healthy sexuality, hygiene, self-care, and refusal skills
Connecting participants to community resources?
Communicating with multi-disciplinary care team:
Documenting sessions (for individual and groups), including noteworthy participant interactions in electronic record system
Documenting Reflections using standard forms?
Working collaboratively with the Community and Life Skills team, career coach, and therapist assigned to each participant, providing input on progress to ensure consistency in instruction/learning pre-to-post release and alignment with participants' goals
?Participating in internal meetings (Community and Life Skills team meetings, All Team meetings, 1:1 supervisor meetings, and training sessions)?

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
