Adecco US, Inc. Post-Release Case Manager in Richmond, Virginia

We are currently seeking a full time, direct hire Post-Release Case Manager in Richmond, VA. This is for a full time role within a new but proven program, assisting incarcerated individuals navigate through our program. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social service related field (social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, sociology, or similar)

  • 1-3 years of experience implementing case management services and documenting interactions

  • Driver's license

  • Ability to pass DOC security clearance

  • CPR / Adult First Aid certification preferred

Job duties:

Facilitating excellent participant programming: ?

  • Conducting impactful 1:1 and group sessions, developing a comprehensive understanding of every participant on caseload and ensuring treatment goals are met?

  • Facilitating group sessions focused on life skills such as money management, healthy sexuality, hygiene, self-care, and refusal skills

  • Connecting participants to community resources?

Communicating with multi-disciplinary care team:

  • Documenting sessions (for individual and groups), including noteworthy participant interactions in electronic record system

  • Documenting Reflections using standard forms?

  • Working collaboratively with the Community and Life Skills team, career coach, and therapist assigned to each participant, providing input on progress to ensure consistency in instruction/learning pre-to-post release and alignment with participants' goals

  • ?Participating in internal meetings (Community and Life Skills team meetings, All Team meetings, 1:1 supervisor meetings, and training sessions)?

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
