Job Summary:

As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Richwood Bank, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our commercial banking division. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. Your primary objective will be to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored financial solutions, including Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, and other specialized lending products. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial banking landscape, exceptional client management skills, and a strategic approach to business development.

Essential Functions

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and business objectives.

Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor by providing expert financial guidance and solutions across various loan types.
