JOB REQUIREMENTS: Alliance Laundry System LLC Product Portfolio Manager, Washer Extractors US-WI-Ripon Job ID: 2024-4148 Type: Full-Time # of Openings: 1 Category: Product management Alliance Laundry Systems Overview The Product Portfolio Manager will own product lines within the portfolio, their feature sets and the portfolio\'s financial performance versus growth and profitability targets. Using data driven analysis and supported with market research, the Product Portfolio Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product roadmaps and managing the financial performance for their assigned portfolio. Portfolio Managers will provide regular updates to senior leadership on product line financial performance, roadmap initiatives and new product business cases for continued investment into new product development initiatives. This position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, end-users, sales, engineering, innovation, manufacturing, marketing, finance and program management team members. Responsibilities Develop and maintain an intimate understanding of market segments, user personas and market problems Own the portfolio roadmaps, delivering a consistent cadence of value-added innovation, new product development and incremental feature enhancement Identify market and customer needs, both expressed and unexpressed, to build product development pipelines which drive volume, revenue and margin growth objectives for the Company Own the financial performance of the product portfolio, ensuring achievement of organizational objectives for revenue growth, product vitality and portfolio profitability Utilize 80/20 principals to simplify product offerings, manage end-of-life and maximize portfolio profitability. Prioritize product development opportunities in collaboration with Project Management Office (PMO) to accelerate speed-to-market and ensure prompt delivery of those projects with the greatest impact to the organization. Maintain alignment of portfolio initiatives with organizational objectives. Qualifications Experience and Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred 5+ years of product leadership experience required. Skills and Abilities: Business/Financial Acumen: Understands P&L statements, ROI fundamentals, profitability management. Able to interpret cause & affect relationships with respect to their profitability impact. Market-centric, with proven ability to translate market needs into product and technology solutions. Strong intra-personal skills, with proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and succeed in peer leadership as both a team champion and team member. Exceptional oral and written communication skills across multiple levels in the organization. Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, prioritize with alignment to organizational goals and objectives and build consensus among conflicting priorities. Understanding of product life cycle management and ability to identify and apply emerging market, technology and competitive trends to roadmap. Ability to travel approximately 25%-50%, both domestic and international.
