Job Description:

Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Manages all aspects of the project over its entire life, including the initiation, plan development, execution, controls, and implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs. Builds relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including identifying and breaking down barriers/obstacles, collaborating with key players to influence change. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

  • Manages execution of Compliance and Risk Management roadmaps for MarTech Product teams, applying respective governance frameworks for a series of change initiatives and operational processes.

  • Engages respective Product owners and teams in planning and scheduling development sessions, related documentation-gathering, alignment on established criteria for process documentation while maintaining ownership amid the impact of changing priorities and related initiatives and reporting weekly status on the roadmap to MarTech owners, leaders, and Compliance and Business Risk partners.

  • Aligns operational and initiative-focused process knowledge maps with related documents and artifacts that comprise the Risk and Change Management framework to ensure alignment of assigned MarTech initiatives through the organization’s SharePoint (Microsoft Teams) and work-tracking systems.

  • Supports the Product Enablement team and Senior Program Manager in the delivery of the latest Enterprise Change Management Framework, helping to execute an adoption plan across multiple MarTech and Digital product teams. Communicates current and revised process, instructions, examples, and guidelines via email and online resource tools.

  • Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.

  • Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.

  • Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources accordingly.

  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicates statuses to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here is what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in arts, Information Technology, Business Administration & Management, Project Management, Finance, Social Sciences, Continuous Improvement, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related and applicable areas of experience

  • In lieu of education experience, 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
