The primary responsibility of the Marketing Project manager is to develop, deploy and deliver minor marketing project in the Grundfos marketing organization within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision.

What is the job about?

Overall, your tasks will cover:

  • Responsible for area marketing activities and initiatives on both tactical & operational level.

  • Develop, Deploy, and Deliver marketing campaigns, activities and initiatives on area or country level, e.g., product launch activities, customer events/fairs, as agreed in regional win plans.

  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager in delivering projects of high quality, on time and within budget.

  • Co-create, deliver, edit, proof-read, and optimize marketing materials for both online & offline campaigns with external agencies or global marketing team.

  • Deploy global digital marketing campaigns in the responsible countries with the assistance of DCoE / divisional / regional super users.

  • Follow up and ensure the marketing initiatives meet goals and stay within the budget.

  • Create a local annual deployment wheel for marketing activities based on the regional marketing plan in consultation with the Regional Marketing Manager and the local sales leadership team.

  • Support the development of regional marketing concepts and solutions by providing input regarding area business needs and requirements.

  • Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and coordination.

  • Secure clear and consistent representation of Grundfos image, values, and key messages- safeguarding Grundfos visual identity and brand guidelines both within Grundfos and its partners in the cluster.

  • Optimization of the marketing process within the given business / geographical area of operation

  • Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience working including project or campaign management for a specific market / business vertical

  • Experience from working with an international organization (typically B2B) with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience from working with digital marketing tools (e.g., email and social media)

  • Ability to build well-defined / local processes or projects
