We are seeking a Teller to work, and float as needed, at one of our CIB offices conveniently located in Plymouth, Hopkins, St. Louis Park, and Robbinsdale. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, a Bank Teller must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process paying and receiving functions Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and refer them to bankers for appropriate products and services Accepts and process payments Issues Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Gift cards, and Travel cards. Balancing of teller drawers and machines Process coin orders, and coin charges Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds Answer phone inquiries Balance the ATM Process cash advances. Perform other activities as requested REQUIREMENTS: Customer service & cash handling experience, exceptional customer service skills & good figure aptitude. Must be flexible & available Monday - Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings. The Saturday rotation would be at another branch.
