TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Rochester, New York

Description:

Our client is looking for desktop technician to join their team that is responsible for getting tech equipment ready for new hires and providing technical support to various departments. This team is also helping with the deployment of windows 11. Members of the desktop support team work to get new PC's physically deployed.

This teams supports both a vairety of operating systems but most importantly Windows and MAC. Experience with tier I and Tier II desktop support with both Windows and MAC is a HUGE plus!

This team supports internal end users and provides both hardware and software support. Must have enterprise experience working with a ticketing system and familiary with Active Directory and network support is a plus!
