WHAT YOU’LL DO: * * *Play a key role in our consolidated financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes and look to improve upon existing procedures through standardization and automation where possible * Assist with financial support for several corporate functional areas to improve business partnering, better understand spending, and improve upon forecasting / decision support * * *Partner with other finance team members to streamline monthly packages and quarterly earnings support materials for leadership to gain valuable insights on a timelier basis * Help to identify and drive continuous improvements through collaboration with other Finance and Controllership colleagues, including but not limited to our strategic planning process * * *Look to gain understanding of our existing PowerBI dashboards and work to improve upon these through collaboration with other team members * Support other FP&A and Investor Relations ad-hoc requests / projects as needed * Qualifications - External * WHAT YOU’LL NEED: * * *Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or other related business field * Advanced proficiency in Excel required, including comfort with pivot tables and lookup functions * 3 years of related experience * Experience with reporting, planning, data mining, analysis * Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented * Highly organized and detail focused, multi-tasking skills, and efficiency in ambiguous situations * An analytical mind and strong business acumen * Experience working with Power BI or other visualization / planning tool(s) a plusExperience with Oracle, similar ERP systems a plus   * *WHY 3D SYSTEMS? * *Make a meaningful difference * *Founded in 1986, we are the original pioneers of 3D printing.
