Job Title: Production Process Operator
Job Description
Join our innovative team as a Production Process Operator where you will be responsible for setting up and processing batches of materials in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You will be reading and interpreting batch sheets and process instructions to ensure tasks are completed accurately according to specifications. This role requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards, including equipment cleanup and maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely preparation and availability of all production materials. Your role is crucial in keeping our production activities running smoothly and efficiently, reporting any issues or potential shortages to supervisors promptly.

Work Environment
You will be working in a very clean and organized, climate-controlled production/manufacturing environment. Our facility produces high-quality, innovative products, emphasizing that quality always takes precedence over speed. With over 100 employees on the production floor, you will be part of a large team in a dynamic and quality-driven culture. The dress code includes work pants, T-shirt, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes. Standard working hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime varying based on workload.
