Responsibilities:
The Fleet Manager solicits commercial fleet accounts and ensures deliveries of all fleet sales meets the highest standard. The Fleet Manager determines and presents the terms of purchase to customers and helps them choose products that suit their needs.
Develop and prospect local businesses for sales and service needs.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction. Eliminate any customer confusion.
Ensure all cars are properly tagged with MSRP, ADM, Buyer’s Guides, and Warranty Disclosures.
Be an expert on product knowledge and be able to share this knowledge with sales team.
We need someone that can move at least 40-50 units a month or more.
Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into Performance Dashboard.
Qualifications:
2-3 years as a Fleet Manager in the Automotive industry REQUIRED
Ability to bring FLeet Business to store REQUIRED
Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
The estimated annual earning range for this position is $172,600 to $221,500, which includes commissions and/or bonus opportunities.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
