Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and business-minded Operations Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations, and drive the growth and profitability of our company. The ideal candidate will be technically astute, have a solid business acumen, and be capable of running the company with guidance from the current owner.
Responsibilities
Run the company as if it were their own with guidance from the current owner.
Lead and manage the team of employees to achieve company goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth and profitability.
Grow key accounts with customer relations.
Improve internal processes and communication.
Set clear goals and expectations for team members and departments, including hours of operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews for executive team members.
Provide training, leadership, and development opportunities for team members.
Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns with HR.
Create a positive and motivating work environment.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage customer relationships.
Oversee the production process.
Ensure quality control oversight with the Quality Manager.
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Lead team members to achieve their goals and ensure high performance levels.
Create a management team to help push the vision and culture, regardless of presence.
Essential Skills
Deep understanding of Precision Machining with a firm grasp of GD&T.
Experience in fixturing and metrology.
Strong leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Operations management experience.
Ability to oversee large and/or new projects.
Experience managing budgets and the financial health of a location.
Ability to create and implement new strategies for business growth.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rockford, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
