Taksey Neff & Associates, LLC administrative assistant in Rockville, Maryland

We are a Rockville CPA practice with over 40 years of experience in the public accounting Washington Metro area. We have a history of providing valued advice and services contributing to the success of our clients. We represent physicians, attorneys, architects, nonprofit organizations, retailers, and numerous other businesses. We are currently seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant for a permanent position.

Candidate must: * Interact in a positive professional manner with clients and staff

  • Multitask, plan and prioritize

  • Be detail oriented and use good judgement

  • Work independently and as part of a team

Position requires: *Answering phones, scheduling appointments

*Preparing correspondences and assisting with the preparation of tax documents

*Maintaining our filing system - both electronic and physical

*Preparing outgoing mail, logging in any incoming packages

*Keeping supplies stocked

*MS Office proficiency

  • Ability to commute to our Rockville office

Physical Setting: Office, in person setting. No option currently for remote work

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per day, 5 days a week
