Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is a balanced mix of office duties and field work. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time managing projects and the other 50% conducting field operations. Responsibilities include participating in project scoping, land records research, providing technical oversight for various surveying services, and preparing detailed reports and descriptions.

Hard Skills

  • 5+ years of construction land surveying experience

  • Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Massachusetts

  • Proficiency in CAD drafting

  • Ability to conduct thorough research of public and private land records

Soft Skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data verification

  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Rocky Hill, Connecticut and some days remote.

Work Environment

Join a close-knit team of 40 professionals across three main management areas. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling. The dress code is comfortable, allowing you to wear professional, yet comfortable attire.
