Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor
Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is a balanced mix of office duties and field work. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time managing projects and the other 50% conducting field operations. Responsibilities include participating in project scoping, land records research, providing technical oversight for various surveying services, and preparing detailed reports and descriptions.
Hard Skills
5+ years of construction land surveying experience
Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Massachusetts
Proficiency in CAD drafting
Ability to conduct thorough research of public and private land records
Soft Skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data verification
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Rocky Hill, Connecticut and some days remote.
Work Environment
Join a close-knit team of 40 professionals across three main management areas. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling. The dress code is comfortable, allowing you to wear professional, yet comfortable attire.
