THE POSITION Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (3 positions available) Position Status: Permanent, Full Time Department: Material Management Supervision Received: Warehouse Manager Supervision Exercised: Warehouse Associates Schedule: Shift work, rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days on/off Wage/Salary: $25.50/hour base wage + shift differential for nights Location: Rogers, Minnesota A. Operational Support 35% B. Leadership of Team 35% C. Training and health and safety compliance 20% D. Other Duties as Assigned 10% TOTAL 100% The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports the Management Team with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. They are responsible for a group of warehouse associates and to ensure efficient warehouse operations, while achieving business targets. They provide directions to the team such as coordinating workloads, providing support to ensure deliverables, and monitoring employee, technical, and logistics issues. In addition, they ensure operation targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met to meet the requirements of the customer. They work to develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards while fostering a culture of working safely. Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation that can fulfill operational and customer demand and meet set targets. Ensure the delivery of materials to transition points in accordance with production schedules. Ensure inventories in the area of responsibility are accurate. Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately. Support organizing and participate in stock take at regular intervals. Where possible, resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse. Where appropriate, elevate the issue to a more senior level. Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required. Manage time and attendance for associates within the area of responsibility and support the leadership team with people management issues. Communicate with staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements. Train new warehouse employees and re-train existing employees as required. Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and carry out risk assessments as required. Ensure proper lifting and maneuvering of products and materials is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures. Ensure hazardous materials are stored in accordance with requirements. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma with at least two (2) years experience working in a warehouse environment and an additional two (2) years in a leadership capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Forklift Truck license required Supervisory nd leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and supervise others Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases, and a knowledge of warehouse systems Analytical and numerical skills Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality Good planning skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines Excellent attention to detail skills Valid Driver's License Record Check and Drug Screening Required This position is identified as a Safety Sensitive Position Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and traverse the production floor and warehouse Must be able to use a forklift Must be able to climb stairs Must be able to team lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to tolerate a warehouse and production environment Compensation Package: Salary: $25.50 - $29.00 /hr o Night Shift premium: $1 per hour Benefits + 401K 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off rotation (2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights) Qualified applicants should submit a resume to careers@heliene.com.
