Mission

The resource will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other company departments. The regional sales manager will be responsible for achieving the company's commercial objectives in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with the head office sales officer to implement the business strategy

  • Plan actions to be implemented in the market to achieve assigned sales targets

  • Provide ideas for marketing communications for targeted commercial operations

  • Visit customers and prospects to create and develop new sales opportunities

  • Consolidate and expand the network of contacts with customers;

  • Working with other RSMs to create synergies and collaborations to increase sales

  • Collect and share internal information from the market

  • Reporting regularly to the Sales Manager and/or VP of Sales about sales activities

  • Taking part in professional development activities provided for in the company's training plans

Requirements

  • Previous experience of three years in product and/or service sales

  • University degree or Diploma

  • Spirit of initiative

  • Ability to analyze strategic and customer development aspects

  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft

  • Availability to travel

  • Ability to manage time

  • Ability to work as a team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Negotiation skills
