Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5
Start Date: 3/25/24
Description:
Provide world class customer service to all who come onsite.
Responsible for managing our office supply inventories; order supplies as needed. Assist walk-in members with EOBs, bills and general questions.
Check in vendors, guide them to correct office/conference room.
Be the main point of contact for building, security and maintenance.
Administration work supporting incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide clerical support to staff.
Answer inbound calls and redirect as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsible for ordering and stocking office supplies.
Responsible for organization of breakroom and ordering kitchen supplies and snacks. Maintain office equipment, scheduling maintenance and repair as needed.
Manage vendors relating to facility maintenance. Schedule appointments as needed. Responsible for administering office closure procedures due to inclement weather or emergencies when called upon
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years working in a customer service type role
3-5 years experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work independently
Able to multi-task and organize priorities
Experience Level:
